6 months old

It's so hard to believe that I am SIX months old now!  I don't have my 6 month Dr. appointment until next week, but I weighed 19lbs, 6oz on mommy's scale today.  I can almost sit on my own now.  I can roll over both ways and make ALL kinds of noises.  My favorite noises are what mommy and daddy call "baby bull" (when I scrunch my nose up and breath really fast through my nose), "dolphin sanctuary" (what I normally do when I'm falling asleep), "raspberries" or blowing bubbles, "the fish" (I opens and closes my mouth like a fish while smacking my lips together), and just laughing and squealing with delight.  I love it when people sing to me.  I love dancing, grabbing both toes, watching Kona, puppets, and Baby Einstein, too.  Overall, I am one super happy little guy!  I now eat rice cereal and a few other foods.  I can't really move when I'm on my belly yet.  Sometimes I kick my legs like I'm swimming, but that doesn't get me very far.  Hope you enjoy my pictures and videos.  Thanks for "tuning in." :)

Can't believe that when we started doing these pictures, I was just a few days old.  Time sure does fly!

I'm getting so much bigger now.

I'm still pretty small from this view though. ;)

I can sit for a few seconds at a time.  And I love my Happy Apple that was my mommy's.

I stare and stare at it, and the noise it makes gets me laughing every time!

Me and Frosty are BFF's! :)

This is my concerned face.  I'm concerned here that mommy has lost her mind... ;)

Frosty and my apple both make me happy!

Mommy does, too! ;)

...and Baby Einstein!!

..and daddy! :)

This was at my first "MyGym" class.  I went zip-lining.  It was fun!

I also flew on the dolphin swing.  I liked the songs and puppet show the best though.

This is me doing "the fish"

And you'll have to ignore my mommy's crazy voice, but she can't help it because it makes me laugh!

My first Christmas Tree

This was a fun weekend!  We went and picked out a Christmas tree.  I didn't know we could get Christmas trees in Florida, but mommy and daddy took me to the "North Pole," and we had lots of fun!
The North Pole has a big Santa that stands in front of all the trees

Santa confirmed that my shirt is true ;)

I saw another baby out of the corner of my eye, and had to flash my shirt... My bib was hiding it.  Gotta let the other babies know! ha ha

Palm Trees are still here, too, though.  Seems so silly to mommy who grew up cutting her Christmas trees down in Indiana.

I liked this little tree.  It was just my size!

No, this tree is not gonna work for our house.

 It's a bird, it's a plane...no, it's SUPER (Santa) BABY! :)

Kona is depressed (as usual) because last year he was up front with daddy.  We have the tree on top of the car.  We could see it through the sunroof.  So pretty!

Maybe Kona was just sad because he has such a silly little Santa hat!

I sure am happy.  I love my daddy!

And my daddy loves me!

We went to check on the lights out back.  It was cold for Florida!

I hung my first Christmas ornament!

Well, I held it.... didn't quite hang it on my own just yet ;)

Ta da!  My very first Christmas tree :)

Thanksgiving week

Wow.  Mommy got behind again.  Here we go playing catch up.  This is a long post, but we just had so much going on these past two weekends!  It was lots of fun! :)

The weekend before Thanksgiving, my Great Uncles Don and Jim came up from Ft. Lauderdale to meet me.  I was happy, as you can see!

Nana came to visit, too.  She came to help mommy get our Christmas decorations up, to help watch me while daddy was in NYC for the ND/Army game, and to get a few squeezes! ;)  Doesn't Nana look pretty, here?

Nana set up my high chair for me and also gave me Sophie the giraffe, which is one of my new favorite toys!

This video is from November 23rd.  That's when I started rolling over non-stop.

My other nana and pop pop got my us this awesome house in St. Augustine for Thanksgiving week.  I stayed there with mommy, daddy, Nana & Pop Pop, and all the rest of my aunts, uncles and cousins on that side.  19 of us all together!!  It was lots of fun!

Here I am at the Winter Wonderland with Paige, Henry, Luke, Oliver, Ben, Daniel, Michael and Finn

I was helping Aunt Kendra read a book to Paige, Luke and Michael ;)

We had to post this video because mommy said I look too cute in my turtle swimsuit and hat.

This is a much longer video of me laughing.  Mommy and daddy really know how to make me giggle!

At the beach on Thanksgiving morning.  Don't we look cute?  Mommy's 2 stud muffins.

Here I am with mommy and daddy on Thanksgiving.  I was wearing my Irish sweatshirt.

I was entranced with Pop Pop's singing.

Here I am with Nana and Pop Pop after they slaved away in the kitchen all day preparing the Thanksgiving feast.

Here is my only little cousin, Oliver, with his big brother, Finn

Mommy built a gingerbread house with Ben, Paige, Luke, Henry and Michael.  She said I was too little to help :(

Here I am with my 8 cousins.  The adults thought we would all smile for the camera.  Ha ha.  YEAH RIGHT!!!! ;)

Ollie and I are in this together! ;)  Can't you see the resemblance here? Mommy can.

All 19 of us.  Top row: Uncle Sean, Paige, Aunt Kendra, Aunt Bridget, Daniel, Uncle Chris, Aunt Caitlin, Oliver, Uncle JT, mommy, me, daddy.  Middle row: Ben, Luke, Michael, Henry, Finn.  Front row: Nana and Pop Pop (duh!)

Henry was singing to me, too.  I love when people sing to me.

This is the cute bib Nana got for me and Ollie.  Mommy says it's SO TRUE! :)
